He installs light fixtures, switches, TV mounts, shelving, closet systems and more; repairs drywall, window screens, furniture, decks, and fences; handles upgrades like cabinet hardware, trim & molding, and vinyl flooring; and tackles maintenance from dryer vents to air filters to minor clogs—if it needs doing, he probably does it.
